The portal validates student details and course qualification requirements before submission. Staff can approve or reject applications, and approved students verify using their KCSE index number and KCSE year before downloading the letter.

Required documents

Academic certificate or result slip for qualification verification. Passport-photo and ID/birth-certificate uploads are not required on the online application form.
